·        Delivery person – pharmaceutical materials to dr. offices weekly & food delivery for homebound clients on special occasions.

·        Children’s program/ activity coordinator

·        Volunteer coordinator

·        Appreciation acknowledger – needs good penmanship

·        Alley warriors – praying & encouraging clients on Wednesday

·        Spanish speaking translators

·        Prayer partners for Wednesday prayer time or by e-mail

·        Receptionists – commit to one day a week or fill-in for others

·        Pharmaceutical representatives

·        Grant writers

·        Budgeting trainers/mentors

·        Newsletter writer

·        Janitorial/repair person

·        Stephen’s ministers for emergency/crisis intervention and prayer.

·        Stephen’s ministers for longer-term encouragement and accountability relationship.

·        Prayer request coordinator who follows up with persons making requests – coordinates prayer time and makes program known to clients.

·        Food drive coordinator – coordinates needs with churches/youth groups – assists youth and small groups in organizing and carrying out food drives.

·        Food pantry business coordinator – works with businesses / organizations to get discounts or assistance in receiving food.

·        Food pantry workers -  Mondays receive food and stock shelves,  Wednesdays assist clients getting food and register clients on computer and Monday, Tuesday & Thursday – assist with

     emergency food orders                     

·        Social services caregivers – meet with clients in need to connect them with services available at O.L.M. and in the community.

·        New volunteer trainer

·        Person to develop policy / procedures manual – work with director.

·        Office helpers – come in as needed to assist with office work.

·        Building manager – oversee building and coordinate work that needs to be done.

·        Special campaign fund raiser – work with development coordinator and director.

·        E-tapestry maintenance – update and maintain e-tapestry database of contributors – requires someone who can be confidential on financial matters.
